The Sacramento Camellia Lions Club was chartered in Lions Clubs International on May 2017. The Camellia Lions Club belongs to District 4-C5 and resides in the Greenhaven, Pocket and Elk Grove areas of the Sacramento Region. We proudly serve the greater Sacramento area and have over 30 members. We are always looking for more "service minded" people to help us in our efforts to server our community so if you are interested in learning about Lions and/or the Camellia Lions Club please contact us.
The Camellia Lions Club participates in many local community service projects including donating to the City of Hope hospital, providing aid to train dogs for the blind, buying sleeping bags and supplies for victims of the devastating Napa wildfire, donating to the Locke foundation, assisting underprivileged children at William Land Elementary School and donating rice, noodles and cooking oil to children at an orphanage in Bali.
Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
